We look for elder care professionals who have a minimum of two years’ experience in the elder care field. We give precedence to home health aides and Certified Nursing Assistants. Before joining the Visiting Angeles Northeast Los Angeles team, each elder care professional must submit references and participate in a criminal background check. Only the best of the best are asked to become a Visiting Angel.
The elder care professionals on our team can assist your loved one with a wide range of activities and tasks. Some of the most common elder care services we provide include medication reminders, light housekeeping, laundry, meal planning and/or preparation, and help running errands or shopping. Our caregivers are also able to provide assistance with hygiene care, dressing, walking, and bathing. If your loved one has any special needs, please bring them to our attention and we’ll do our best to meet those needs.
Each client of Visiting Angeles Northeast Los Angeles receives a customized elder care plan. Our elder care plans are written with your input and the input of your loved one’s health care professionals if needed. Our flexible elder care plans detail the services we will provide and set a schedule of visits for the caregiver to follow. If your loved one’s needs change, we can update the care plan with ease.
