VISITING ANGELS of
Central Burlington & Mercer Counties
provides non-medical homecare throughout Central Burlington and Mercer
Counties to seniors, the convalescing, the disabled and to those who
are simply frail and in need of occasional help. Our "Angels" help make
it possible for seniors to "age in place"… safely and comfortably.
Visiting Angels' services also allow families to spend more mutually
rewarding and meaningful time with loved ones and provide peace of mind
to those who face the challenges of long-distance caregiving.
Whether the need is family respite
care, assistance after surgery, aid with the activities of daily living
("ADL"), part-time or full-time care, Visiting Angels provides the
solutions and assistance needed to help adults retain their
independence safely.
Fully Licensed and Bonded
We are licensed by the State of New Jersey and are fully insured and
bonded. Our caregivers are our employees -- not independent
contractors. This means you will not have to worry about payroll tax
payments, unemployment insurance, workers' compensation or liability
insurance. We also bond and insure our employees to protect you
against any unforeseen circumstance. We firmly believe that this is
our responsibility -- not yours.
Going Beyond Industry Standards
When selecting a homecare service
provider, consider the ways in which VISITING ANGELS OF CENTRAL
BURLINGTON & MERCER COUNTIES goes above and beyond the level of
diligence and care observed by other homecare agencies:
The Finest Caregivers Available.
We firmly believe in employing the finest people in the health care
industry. We place a great deal of effort in finding those caregivers
who are truly caring, loving people. You can be assured your loved one
will receive the compassion and attention he or she needs.
We exclusively hire Certified Nursing
Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) with prior
experience in professional homecare. Thus, all our "Angels" have
"earned their wings". They are seasoned caregivers with skill levels
and credentials that exceed that required by law.
Some other non-medical homecare
agencies may hire "companions", non-licensed home caregivers (e.g.
homemakers), to provide "personal care services" for their clients.
However, NJ law specifically "prohibits" this. In NJ, "companions" are
not permitted to assist any senior or disabled person with bathing,
toileting, transferring, dressing, grooming, or any help with
ambulation, exercise, or other aspects of personal hygiene.
Known Nationwide for Quality
Visiting
Angels home care agencies have served tens of thousands of client
families from Visiting Angels locations across the United States (each
office independently owned).
In hundreds of newspaper
articles nationwide, magazines, the internet, radio and on network
television, Visiting Angels commitment to its clients has been
recognized.
Building Friendships With Families
Obviously, the most important relationship is that between the care
recipient and the caregiver. It snowballs from there to the
relationship between the family and the agency and the agencies
relationship to the community. It is this philosophy of “building
relationships” that has made Visiting Angels successful at keeping
clients.
Our
goal is to improve the quality of life for those we take care of and
employ. We also seek to be a complete resource for the elderly
community and provide valuable resources for all aspects of their lives.
Thank
you for visiting our web site. Remember, we are here to support you,
not to take charge of your life. Please feel free to contact us if we can be of any assistance, and enjoy your day.
