Judson Haims – Owner/Director
Judson has been a resident in the Eagle Valley for over 25 years. He Was born and raised in Los Angeles and came to Colorado in 1991 to escape to the hustle and bustle of the west coast and fell in love with the laid back, close knit, mountain community he found in the Vail area. His wife Julie and he moved to Eagle permanently in 2002. Judd has a background in hotel and restaurant management as well as an unintended background in finance and accounting. It was a combination of his natural ability to make and maintain lasting and meaningful friendships along with his affinity and respect for his elders that led him to Visiting Angels.
One morning he had an epiphany. He could not sit behind a computer for the rest of his days. Looking for a life and career change, he began to see that there was something missing in this beautiful community that we call home. That something was providing a service to those whose efforts helped to build and forge this wonderful valley in which we live and play. Judd wanted to give these pioneers the gift of being able to enjoy their golden years doing the things they love in the place they love while remaining in the comfort of their own homes.
Because of Judd’s extensive and intimate relationships with both the healthcare community and the senior community in the valley he is very aware of the stressors associated with bringing an unknown individual into one’s home. It is our mission as professional representatives of Visiting Angels to make sure our clients are completely at ease with the caregiver who is selected to assist them. We ensure this level of service by matching personalities and interests beforehand when selecting a caregiver and allowing both the client and the client’s family to express their level of satisfaction with the individual. If the caregiver does not meet the expectations of the family we will send someone else without hesitation. Remember you are in charge.

Amber moved from Hawaii 12 years ago to be closer to her family in Eagle County. With a background in customer service as well as experience in healthcare, Amber cheerfully greets visitors, takes phone calls and assists with scheduling. She offers assistance with many administrative duties and is willing to tackle any task. Amber's upbeat attitude and kind personality are a huge asset to our Visiting Angels team and our clients have come to appreciate and trust.
