When it comes to adding to our team of professional caregivers, we look to recruit caregivers who have previous experience providing care services to seniors in the Eagle area. All our caregivers go through rigorous background and reference checks before joining our team. Additionally, caregivers go through a full day of training regardless of their previous experience and education. We provide our caregivers with hours of transfer training from a local physical therapist to ensure we have the experience and expertise needed to meet all your loved one's needs.
When matching your loved one with a caregiver, we take into account your loved one's personality as well as their needs. We strive to find a caregiver who your loved one will look forward to spending time with each visit. Through Select Your Caregiver®, you'll have the final say in who you work with. If the caregiver you are working with isn't a great fit, we will find someone else for your loved one.
