"Just wanted to send a quick note to let you know things have been going well so far with the Visiting Angels caring for my mother, Evelyn Rizzo. I will probably change the schedule a little after the 1st of the year. Now that we've had a chance to give it a try, we can better figure out a schedule that will work well for my mother.
The care givers have been very good and my mother expecially liked Margo who visited with her yesterday. There was a plumbing issue last Friday and Megan called me to let me know about it. She cleaned up a flood and we appreciate it."

Usually it's the clients who get all the attention but I had to write to compliment the staff at Visiting Angels! After my mother suffered a stroke, I hired Visiting Angels to care for her because her family was thousands of miles away. Both Lauren and Colleen in the office were super sweet, polite, attentive, efficient, kind-hearted, responsive and flexible! I am so grateful that they were able to quickly supply home care aids to my mom at such a critical time. I had peace of mind that she was being well taken care of even when she didn't have any family there to help and support her during a medical crisis.
