Our History
Visiting Angels East Central Indiana is a locally owned and operated franchise that offers non-medical home care to local senior adults. We started our business after our grandmother had a fall that left her with a broken hip. After her fall, she was forced to move out of the comfort of her home and into a nursing facility during the final stages of her life. After our experience, we were inspired to help other families keep their loved seniors in their homes while receiving care.
Visiting Angels of East Central Indiana believes that individuals should be able to stay in their homes for as long as possible—preferably forever! This is why we work our hardest to make our clients' experience with us the best possible by providing compassionate and caring caregivers.
We provide caregivers who assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, transportation, hygiene assistance, and personal care, all while also providing companionship.

Visiting Angels of East Central Indiana strives to educate, support, and provide compassionate and resourceful services needed to provide the best care available to assist seniors who want to remain in their homes. The critical role of our in-home care services is to provide non-medical home care—similar to our mission, which is to restore hope through the assistance of healing the emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being of the individual. We do this through relationship-building and communication with clients, their families, and their healthcare providers.
When interviewing potential caregivers, one of the most critical questions is, " Would we choose this person to care for our family member?" If the answer is anything less than an absolute yes, we don't bring them onto our team. We want to ensure the quality of care and satisfaction of our team.
