How to Establish Services with Visiting Angels
Visiting Angels Granbury tries to make the sign up process as easy as possible during this uncertain time:
1. Call our office and speak with one of our team members to determine if our services meet your needs.
2. Schedule an intake and assessment meeting. This is where you will meet with a member of our team to review your care needs and schedule of services to create a Plan of Care, create your schedule with you, gather any other preferences, and answer any additional questions you may come up with. There is never any cost or obligation associated with this appointment.
3. Once you have signed up for services with our agency and established your Plan of Care, our office team will choose the caregivers we think fit your or your loved one best based on their care needs and personality. The schedule will be staffed, you will be notified and your start up will be scheduled.
After services have been established, your Care Coordinator will visit your home regularly to ensure that all of the needs are met and the care plan stays current. They will check in with you and any responsilble party to ensure care satisfaction and are available to you for any and all questions, feedback and care adjustments.
