The women are wonderful and have become friends with my mother and have provided her stability in her personal relationships. The same women come each week and are flexible if we need to change a time or date or have a family member to take over a shift. Everything is super precise in terms of the billing and the times the caregivers work. I always get to speak with the owner or the intake coordinator whenever I need to make a change or have a question. I rely on the caregivers to be my eyes and ears when they are in my mother’s home and they make an extra effort to check on any issues that may arise and report them to me immediately. The cost is very reasonable and the care is priceless.”
