You'll have the opportunity to interview any caregiver that we refer to you. We let you choose the caregiver you trust.
Much more than a background check
We lead the industry with the highest standards in background checks and applicant interviews, including:
- National background checks, social security number verification, DMV records, and previous employment verification within the United States.
- We look for prior experience in care giving, including caring for ailing or elderly family members, employment in nursing homes, hospices or assisted living communities.
- Most importantly, all of our caregivers must provide references from trusted sources we can contact directly.

At Visiting Angels, YOU are the most important part of the interviewing process. You are encouraged participate in the interview process to find just the right match for you.
Personalized care focused on your needs
Unlike some agencies, we’re flexible. We can provide homecare for as little as one to four hours at affordable rates—and you set the schedule and what duties you need performed around the home.
We also believe continuity of care is essential, so you will retain the same caregiver as long as possible. We will never send a new caregiver to your home without prior consent or an opportunity to interview them first. In short, you’re the boss.
