I am writing to express my family’s appreciation for the wonderful care your caregivers gave my mom during her illness last month. Your case supervisor came as soon as called and completed the intake with great professionalism. Merioni, one of our caregivers, spent two weeks taking care of mom and getting to know all of us as if we were her family. When mom’s death was imminent during the weekend Merioni was to be off, she chose to stay with us. She was a wonderful help to us all.
