 Robin Donnelly, LPN, DCP
Director/Owner
Robin is a skilled nursing professional with 16 years experience in geriatric nursing. Many of those years were spent providing nursing supervision and hands-on care in a nursing home environment. As a Charge Nurse on a skilled Medicare unit, she cared for seniors with disabilities and serious illnesses, including Alzheimer's disease.
Robin's nursing career was abruptly interrupted when a family member experienced a serious accident that required her attention for long term recovery. It was during this period that she discovered the serious lack of resources available to assist the disabled and seniors with their day-to-day homecare needs. After much research, she partnered with Visiting Angels to bring first-class homecare to Lorain County.
She is a compassionate advocate of seniors facing the challenges of deteriorating health, as well as their families who struggle to provide the care their loved ones need.
Robin is an Licensed Practical Nurse, a Certified Dementia Care Provider through the Alzheimer's Foundation of America, and a Certified CPR, First Aid and AED Instructor with the Red Cross.

Jeff Donnelly CFO - DCP
Jeff is a USAF Veteran, with 30 years of Federal Government service and 12 years of Federal Managerial service. He holds an Associates in Business Administration from Northwood Business Institute in Michigan.
After Jeff's recovery from a near fatal accident in 2002, he and his wife invested their time, education, combined expertise, and personal family caregiving experience to provide personal, yet professional homecare service to Lorain County families struggling to provide care to a loved one. Because of Jeff's accident, Lorain Visiting Angels helps anyone 18 and over with rehabilitation, post-hospital stays, post-surgical patients, as well as providing services to elders who wish to maintain their independence and age in place.
Jeff is in charge of all company financials; payroll, taxes, liabilities, bonding, insurances, Workman's Compensation, and advertising. We're able to offer competitive wages to our employees without passing on the costs to our clients, thus keeping quality caregivers, and long-term clients. His ability to make the best financial decisions for the company, enabled the purchase of their own office, three years after opening.
Jeff's interests are health & fitness, golfing, mentoring, teaching, computers and sports. He and his wife have two sons ages 24 and 19, both serving in the USAF. Jeff is a volunteer for the American Red Cross and is a Certified Dementia Care Provider (D.C.P.) with the Alzheimer's Foundation of America (A.F.A.)
 Meet Our Manager
Phoenix Grassnig O.M.
The daughter of a nurse, Phoenix grew up helping care for her grandparents; one of whom had Alzheimer's. She was taught early on that seniors do better when in the comforts of their beloved home.
Phoenix came to Visiting Angels after working as a supervisor in a MRDD group home and worked at Visiting Angels as a caregiver while attending Ohio Business College.
Because of her love for seniors; her family caregiving experiences and MRDD background, Phoenix is passionate about her work! She never has a bad day and is always ready with a smile to help those in need!
