To My Visiting Angels, Sharon, Evelyn, Pat, Phoenix and Robin!
I started out to write each and everyone of you a personal Thank you note but found it hard to express my heartfelt thanks on an individual basis since, from day one it was a great team effort from all of you!
My mother at 98 was a trip to handle on a daily basis to say the least (I can attest to that in more ways than one) but, you all in your own way knew how to reach her with kindness and direction for her own well being whether she agreed or not! To me, your care of mom exceeded my initial expectations 1000% because, I new how difficult she could be at any given time and each of you handled her with respect, kindness and professionalism beyond call!
Sharon, Evelyn & Pat: I will never be able to express my gratitude for all of the help you gave me on items above and beyond your normal job responsibilities. You all made my life of handling the daily care (on my end) of mom easier than I can express in words, but THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU……
Robin, Phoenix and Staff: Your professionalism in the Home Health Care Industry is without question OUTSTANDING! Also, you helped me get through many difficult (and simple at times) problems without hesitation or question for which I am in gratitude!
This might not be what is commonly referred to as a THANK YOU NOTE however, it was the only way I knew to express my gratitude to a Great Group of LADIES that took exceptional care of my Mother.

Dear Phoenix:
During a routine doctor’s appointment on Thursday, Oct. 16, we discovered that my mom, Helen has gained another 5 pounds under Marcel’s care. This means that in the time Marcel has taken care of her, Helen has gained close to 20 pounds. The doctor is always pleased with this, especially in a tiny, 92 year old lady!
Marcel has done a great job of looking after my mom. The weight gain has helped keep Helen healthy all through the year. Marcel has also done a great job of keeping her engaged in a variety of discussions, including my mom’s all time favorite-politics!
My family and I appreciate the kind care Marcel has shown my mom.

Dear Mrs. Donnelly,
On behalf of my mother, my family, and myself, I wanted to express our great content, satisfaction and happiness, with the care my mother is receiving from our Visiting Angels caregiver. Most times, one only receives a letter when there is a complaint. Therefore, I feel it is equally important to acknowledge when credit is due.
Our caregivers, Joyce N., Jannette R., Shirley C., and Wonder are absolutely wonderful. My home is always kept organized and clean. My mom’s personal needs are met. She is always neat and clean and her clothing laundered. Beyond being excellent caregivers, I find them among the most caring and compassionate women I have had the pleasure of meeting. They provide caring interaction b talking wit my mom regardless of her inability to speak. They look at books or watch T.V. with her. I am never concerned when I leave the house. I am confident the caregivers will make the correct decisions and will contact me if needed. I am very satisfied and pleased with their abilities, skills and personal qualities.
We depend greatly on these caring women. They provide the loving attentiveness my mother needs and deserves. Our minds are at ease knowing my mom is in good hands when we leave and is receiving the care we can not always provide 24/7. Without them I would not be able to work or maintain my desired family life. They have allowed me to keep my mom at home and close to me. They truly have become part of my family.
I hope you will share with them my deepest gratitude and appreciation for the excellent job they do.
