We provide affordable in-home care that is tailored to the specific needs of those we serve. Our staff is made up of professional caregivers who have extensive experience in personal assistance. They have been handpicked because of their expertise and passion for caring. They have been thoroughly screened, i.e. work history, references, criminal background checks, driving record checks, social security verification, and registry checks such as Nurse Aid Registry and Employee Misconduct Registry. We are licensed by the State of Texas and are bonded and insured.
We’re Proactive!
You won’t get “lost in the shuffle” with us. Some agencies are too big or simply react to calls from clients rather than anticipating your needs in advance. We begin by reviewing your needs, and when necessary involve family members. Our intake coordinators carefully select the caregiver with the necessary experience and personality that is best suited to the needs of each client. Next, we arrange for the caregiver to visit your home so that you can participate in the selection process. After service begins, we implement our system of ongoing, personalized contacts with you and/or your family, to ensure the best possible care is being received.
