Visiting Angels provide quality caregiver training to assist Auburn areas seniors

Therese has a warm heart and is always willing to help someone in need. Therese started Visiting Angels in 2015 and has been an excellent caregiver. She is dedicated to her clients and always has a smile. Therese became a caregiver because she loves to take care of people. She is a nurturer. Therese says the most rewarding part about being a caregiver is seeing the clients happy. The clients always look forward to seeing her. Therese has a very good repour with the clients’ families, which allows praise and recognition from them.

Some advice she would give to a new caregiver is to be happy and be present. When the client is talking to you or working with them, be there in the moment with them. Do not talk about your personal life with them. They have a huge heart and think about your troubles and find ways to help you. Always be smiling no matter what you went through that morning or day.

When Therese is not a caregiver she enjoys baking and gardening. She is going to get ready to garden at the end of May.

Work with our caregivers

Our senior clients know they can count on us to provide compassionate in-home care. Our caregivers provide one-on-one assistance in the comfort of our customers' homes. For most seniors, simple daily tasks are difficult as they age, and they require support to remain independent. Our caregivers assist with errands, and meals, accompanying them on daily tasks or buying groceries, light housekeeping, personal care, and companion care. You're essentially assisting people in reengaging in their lives and rediscovering joy.
