New For 2012

Dementia Support Group

 

As our agency evolves we find that many families are lacking support that is needed to care for their family.  Our communities just do not have enough resources to meet the demands we now find for caregivers and those affected with a form of Dementia.  

We are beginning 2012 with another option for all caregivers and those affected with the early stages of dementia to join us in a support group on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month to begin at 5pm - 6:30pm.  We are also gathering information to help The State of NH start to create a plan of action on the demands our system will have in the near future and your help and information is greatly needed.
