Yan D: Yan has been with Visiting Angels for 4 years. During this time, Yan’s work as a caregiver has been appreciated by both our clients and the office team. She communicates with the office about any issues or requests, responds promptly to messages, and is a hard worker. Yan has shown a willingness to take on more challenging assignments, understanding that those clients need a greater level of compassionate, consistent care. Yan submits required duty sheets and other documentation necessary for personnel file updates in a timely manner. Yan has shown interest in furthering her knowledge of professional caregiving by completing varied inservice modules.

Charma R: Charma has been with Visiting Angels since January 2021. She has proven, through her diligence and dedication that she’s a prime example of a Visiting Angels’ caregiver. A seasoned professional with over 30 years’ experience in the health care field, Charma is competent and comfortable with her daily responsibilities, allowing her to focus on our clients’ recovery and/or maintenance goals. Charma is willing to drive a longer distance to client homes, which is a great help with scheduling. Charma regularly returns her weekly duty sheets and is responsive to documentation requests, remaining updated on compliance requirements.
