November-December 2021 Employee Spotlight

We are honored to announce our November/December Angels of the Month for 2021!

Felicia P. has been one of our amazing Angels since 2018. She likes to make friendships with our clients and makes a point to learn something new about each client as she performs her home health aide duties. Procedurally, Felicia is always comfortable communicating with the office. Felicia is continually improving with submitting required duty sheets, consistently clocking in and out, and being cooperative and responsive in keeping her personnel file up to date and returning any missing/expired documents we need for her file. She is reliable in her attendance, even during inclement weather events.

Rebecca C. is relatively new to Visiting Angels, having started with us in March, but has been a professional home health aide for many years. Rebecca has a quiet, friendly, and reassuring personality which clients appreciate and enjoy. Rebecca communicates changes in our clients’ status to the office via weekly duty sheets and makes sure she lets the office know of any issues/changes with our clients. She also makes it a point to stay in contact with the office and regularly participates in any new training. She stays up to date on certifications and requirements for remaining an active caregiver and is flexible in accepting new assignments.
