U.S. Senator Marco Rubio Expresses Thanks to Visiting Angels

U.S. Senator Marco Rubio: “Hi, this is Marco Rubio and I just wanted to take a moment to thank everyone with Visiting Angels. Thank you for continuing to do your jobs, exposing yourselves to the risk of this virus, knowing that there are thousands upon thousands of seniors who depend on you every single day—at a time when so many are more isolated than ever and fearful. The comfort that you provide with your visits, not to mention the impact that you have on their health and their safety, is extraordinary and we are grateful to you for what you are doing. God bless all of you. You truly are Angels.”

We, Visiting Angels of Mercer & Burlington Counties, together with all Visiting Angels offices across America, are honored and proud to receive this public recognition by U.S. Senator Marco Rubio on behalf of all our exceptional Angel caregivers.

Our full Office Staff and team of RNs are working around the clock for our current clients, our quickly increasing number of new clients, and our Angel caregivers to provide close supervision to help keep them all protected, informed, and safe. We provide our Angels with protective equipment such as face masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer to ensure the safety of our clients as well as our employees.

Note: Unfortunately, Visiting Angels cannot accept, or continue to service, any client who is infected with the coronavirus because this requires a higher level of care than we are capable of providing. Clients should contact their primary care physicians and/or local hospitals for advice, testing, and treatment.

Please don’t hesitate to call us at 609-883-8188 or explore our website for more detailed information about our exceptional Homecare Health Services for adults and people with disabilities.

Thank you and be safe!
