Visiting Angels of Eastern Idaho offers customized senior care to seniors in the Eastern Idaho area through a collection of care programs that we call Life Care Navigation.™

Senior Care Available in Eastern Idaho

• Companion Care
Companion care helps seniors with the activities of daily living. Our standard senior care program, companion care provides aid with various aspects of day to day living such as meal preparation, companionship, light housekeeping, and running errands.
• Personal Care
  Personal care is good for aging loved ones with more intensive needs. Perhaps your loved one struggles with strength or mobility? Personal care can provide practical assistance to help keep your loved one comfortable at home.
• Certified Palliative Care
  Certified palliative care is a unique form of assistance which is not offered everywhere. With this type of care your loved one will have their social, spiritual, physical, and emotional needs met by their caregiver.
• Ready-Set-Go Home — Avoiding Hospital Readmissions
  Ready-Set-Go Home care provides non-medical assistance to seniors after a hospital stay. Transitional care can assist with tasks which can sometimes be difficult after discharge such as getting to follow up appointments, remembering to take medications, or following a physician prescribed meal plan.
• Dementia Care
  Dementia care is a specialized form of assistance which helps those seniors who have been diagnosed with dementia. Care keeps your loved one safe in their Eastern Idaho area home while increasing their quality of life.
• Alzheimer's Care
  Alzheimer’s care helps seniors by addressing the needs specific to Alzheimer's disease. Memory care providers can help around the home with meal preparation, medication reminders, organization, and other non-medical tasks.
