You are assigned a relationship manager who helps create the conversation of what’s needed and and how Visiting Angels can help the situation. This is our 2nd adult care organization we have dealt with and they are completely professional and compassionate. We would especially like to acknowledge my Dad's nighttime angel, Nancy R. She was a fill-in on the first weekend Jerry was home. They created such a special bond that we asked for her to be by his side every night. She was able to rearrange her schedule to be with him. The care he received was as if it was her father sick in bed. The way she talked, sang, and played relaxing music really calmed him during this anxious time. We would love for her to be recognized for her exceptional service and going above and beyond not only for Jerry but the whole family.
