Home Care for Veterans in the Tri-Cities & Walla Walla
Visiting Angels of the Tri-Cities and Walla Walla is a Veteran owned and operated home care agency. Owners Christine and Toby know how crucial it is to take care of our Veterans.
As the spouse of Toby, a disabled 22 year U.S.C.G. Veteran, Christine has been able to see first-hand what it was like to be both a caregiver and a client as she navigated the Veterans Affairs system for support. She understands the impact of the Veteran experience on everyday life and the stress involved in figuring out Veterans Affairs while taking care of her husband. Home care for Veterans is a subject that is very close their hearts.

With the benefit of these multiple perspectives when it comes to caring for Veterans, Christine places great importance on ensuring that both Veterans and their families have access to the care and support they need.

Veteran Home Care Resources
VA Homemaker and Home Health Aide Care
A Homemaker and Home Health Aide is someone who has been trained in caring for Veterans and can go to a Veteran's home for care with daily activities. These aides are not nurses but are supervised by a registered nurse as part of the care. We have built strong relationships with Veterans Affairs in Walla Walla to coordinate prompt Veteran approvals for these Home and Community Based Services and have a designated Care Coordinator who can assist with getting Veterans set up for care as these services may be intimidating to work on out your own.
