Personalized Home Care Services

No two care situations are alike, that's why our team focuses on preparedness to quickly jump in to a variety of care situations and family needs.  All of our caregivers are background checked, insured, bonded, and trained by our Owner/Nurse Practitioner developed training plan to cover holistic care approaches, skills, memory care strategies/tactics, and individualized care needs if required specifically in the home.

Whether your family would benefit from care year round or just enable you to Bring Mom Along to the lake for the summer, our trained team is here to help!

Our predominant care areas include:

Alzheimer's Care

Alzheimer's is the most common type of dementia affecting nearly 6 million Americans.  Our Alzheimer's FAQ and trained caregivers can assist families managing the care for a loved one with Alzheimer's.

Companion Care

Improving social well-being for seniors (especially those living alone) is woven into the fabric of each of the services we offer.  We find that though the needs of our care recipients varies in nature, having a caregiver to look forward to is the consistent benefit family's enjoy the most.

Dementia Care

Many of our care recipients require some level of memory care.  Our caregivers are trained on changes in conditions to look for and how to redirect many of the challenges associated with Dementia. Many families utilize our service consistently in the evenings to ensure medication is taken on time and to assist with "sundowning" symptoms

End of Life Care

End of life can be a precious and nostalgic time for families.  Our caregivers serve to lighten the load associated with family caregiving during this special time period so families can focus on being there for their loved ones.  We partner closely with most of the local hospice agencies to ensure that if supplemental care is needed in addition to the few weekly visits from hospice nurses and CNA's, we can be standing by there to fill that gap.

Palliative Care

Our non-medical palliative care service focuses on providing companionship and emotional support along with assistance with activities of daily living (ADL's) and personal cares.

Personal Care

Also called "Private Duty Care", our personal care services activities of daily living (ADL's) such as bathing, incontinence care, toileting, showering, etc.

Ready-Set-Go Home (Transitional Care)

When it comes to preventing hospital readmissions, we know that fall prevention and consistent medication management are paramount to pragmatic outcomes at home.  Our flexible scheduling allows care recipients to start with higher levels of care and reduce over time at their pace.

Respite Care

One of our most popular services is respite care for primary and/or family caregivers.  Whether it's for a few hours, a few days, or even a few weeks, we are ready to support each family's unique respite needs.

Safe & Steady Fall Prevention Program

We know the most severe risk to elderly independent life at home is a fall.  Our caregivers can assist in fall prevention

About Our Caregivers

Our team of care professionals are the heart and soul of what we do.  Local across many of the small towns in the Rock, Jefferson, and Walworth county geographical areas, our caregivers are sought out and hired based on their attitude and heart and specially trained on each of the skills, transfer techniques, and memory care fundamentals they are likely to encounter as part of their daily visit schedule.  Our training program also ensures rapid training for high and/or specialized needs.

Our local care team is ready to step in to help across the greater Lake Geneva area including:

  • Williams Bay
  • Fontana
  • Elkhorn
