Our family has been very pleased with our dealings with your organization, from the initial contacts with Kyle, to many schedule changes with Whitney, after hours’ coordination with Stephanie, and helpful evaluation and conversation with Vanessa (RN). We were also pleased with the care given to Larry over the entire period. With very minor expectations all of the caregivers did a wonderful job and received praise not only from my father, but also from my brother Rodney and Larry’s neighbors. Their care was vitally important to us, especially over the past two months. I would like to mention three of the caregivers in particular and express our family’s gratitude for their dedicated service: On January 1, toward the end of her shift, Sylvia C. drove Larry to the emergency room, stayed at the hospital with him, and drove him home at 1:30 AM. This after a 12 hour shift that was scheduled to end at 9:00 PM. We greatly appreciate her professionalism and dedication. Ashley Y. was a frequent caregiver for Larry.
