Visiting Angels is thankful for our Veterans

November is a very special time. A season of thankfulness celebrated with family and friends at Thanksgiving, and November 11th … Veterans Day or Remembrance Day.

Visiting Angels of Omaha is so grateful to our Veterans that served our country, and we take pride in the fact that we honor and care for our Veterans. In fact, we have a great relationship with our local Veterans Administration office.

This relationship has led us to serve many Veterans over the past few years. Currently, we have 58 Veteran Clients that we have established relationships with, care for, and enjoy their individual stories. We take pride that Visiting Angels is a preferred agency at the Veterans Administration, and we cherish each and every opportunity we’re given to take care of our Veterans. 

Homecare for seniors is essential. We believe Veteran Healthcare should be a top priority, and they deserve to remain in the comfort of their own home. We don’t take our responsibility to serve our Veterans lightly with their needed care, as they did not take their responsibility to serve and protect our country lightly. Homecare is something that’s preferred by Veterans and their families as they want to ensure their loved ones remain safe at home. 

We know that we have several Veterans in the Omaha metro, Sarpy & Cass County area. If you are a Veteran or if your loved one served, we may be able to help you get covered services through the Veterans Administration.

Our Angel Caregivers are trained and ready to serve those who Served!
