Two Main VA Programs That Help Pay for Care

Aid and Attendance (A&A): This benefit adds to a veteran’s pension if they need help with activities of daily living.
Homemaker and Home Health Aide Care: This is for veterans not receiving a pension. A VA coordinator can help set up care based on their needs.
