All my dad’s fears simply melted away about having a “stranger” come in to his home once he met his Visiting Angel! Her caring, gentle and polite manner turned fear into friendship and chased away his loneliness. She was a wonderful fit for my dad! I would highly recommend Visiting Angels for anyone looking for compassionate care and dignified service .

I would like to share how much I not only enjoyed the service provided by Visiting Angels, but also how much I came to depend on them. The peace of mind knowing capable people were taking care of my mother leaving me free to do things that I had not been able to do, like return to work full time, was priceless. I actually dreaded the day we no longer needed these services because it meant so many things would be back on my shoulders instead of taken care of by our care providers. All the day to day routine things that people take for granted were handled without any thought on my part, plus I knew my mother had company and was in capable hands in the event of an emergency. The caregivers were kind, professional and very compassionate. We miss them as individuals as well as care providers. While I never wish that a situation will arise to necessitate needing home care again, I know from this experience that Visiting Angels is there for me and is only a phone call away. That number will always be on the top of my list if I need any home companion care in the future. Thank you for being there for my mother and for me.

I just wanted to thank you so very much for providing such excellent care for our mother, Sylvia Monahan who is 91 years old. I spoke with you several months ago regarding obtaining in home health care for our mother who had remained living on her own for the past 10 years. I was impressed with your organization and you were so helpful in answering questions and providing information to me and my sister. In the meantime, Mom fell and after a stay in Lewis-Gale hospital she was moved to Richfields rehab center in Salem. We had not been informed that she needed 24/7 around the clock care due to being a fall risk. "Visiting Angels" came through with 2 of the nicest, professional caregivers, Sandra and Brenda for our mother. We are hopeful that Mom will be moving next week over to the Joseph Thomas Center for memory care patients who have dementia. I cannot thank you, Sandra and Brenda for the excellent care provided in our need. How very appropriate the name "visiting angels" because that is exactly what Brenda and Sandra are!!!!
