Having had Visiting Angels for several years, we are very pleased with this company. We had gone through many very bad experiences with other home care services and this one is very good.. The young woman we have, Salisa Scriven, is outstanding. She takes excellent care of my husband, is respectful, dependable and very considerate. I trust her to take good care of him if I am going out. The office staff is very pleasant and cooperative whenever I speak with them. This company deserves 5 stars.

I was in need of transportation to and from a medical procedure. As a recommendation, I called Visiting Angels about 2 weeks prior to my procedure. They assured me not to worry of the scheduled date. Very kind and patient on the phone. They called a few days prior to verify pick up time. Showed up on time. I will be using Visiting Angels for a different procedure 5 months from now. Definitely would recommend Visiting Angels for your transportation needs. They even called to see how I was doing and if I needed anything. Great service from start to finish!

It took a while to get the right mix. Someone that worked well with both my husband and myself. We now have 2 people who each do 2 days a week for 4 hours a day. We have been extremely happy with them. The company listens to my concerns and takes the time to explain when I have any questions about anything. They are easy to reach and very accessible. I have no complaints.

We are so thankful for the service that Visiting Angels has provided. Working with them to find the perfect caregiver for my brother has been easy and not at all stressful. Our caregiver has been a Godsend! She is a self starter, sees what needs to be done and gives great observations on needs and interactions my brother has. My friend was in his final weeks in an assisted living facility. When he needed extra care, they suggested Visiting Angels. Jack was supported by them for about a month. He(we) met several different people who at first provide 9 hour a day companionship and then when it became necessary, 24 by 7 staffing. The people genuinely cared about Jack and many of them when out of their way to keep him comfortable and me informed. They even provided staffing throughout a hurricane. I hope I don't need this type of service again but if I do, I would contact Visiting Angels first.
All of the care givers have been kind and attentive to my husband. I think the office staff also has been attentive to my needs and requests. Kindness and attentiveness makes for excellent care!
