"I would like to send a special Thank You to Visiting Angels for the excellent care my husband received during his 2 year struggle with Lewy Body Dementia. His caregivers, Midrenne, Emma, Wisler, Wendy and Damian, treated him with utmost kindness and professionalism. In short they tretaed him like a member of their own family. They've been as usual but more so very flexible. My mom's needs have been evolving from day one and they gave us very high quality people for three shifts. And as soon as my parents no longer needed the full complement of people, they gave us a very quick turn around on it. They've been great. It's really been a great service and a great help to the family. They do a variety of thing for my mom. She was incapacitated due to a shoulder fracture. She wasn't able to use her walker which she normally had, so she needed someone constant to be with her. The caregiver helps and guides my mom while she was walking, helps her with her bathing and dressing, making different meals, going to the doctors and all those kind of services. She does housekeeping, makes sure mom has an exercise sheet and makes sure mom does the exercises like walking every day. If it's bad weather they just walk in the hallway of the five story building. She does the laundry too. She was hired with specifications that we needed and she does exactly what you ask her to do.
