Visiting Angels of West Springfield is preparing to begin their annual Fall Prevention presentations.

Agency Director, Joe Arduino, offers valuable information to help seniors and older adults learn about what they can to identify risk factors to help prevent falls in their homes and while outside. Many risk factors include improper placement of furniture throughout the home, loose carpeting, slippery flooring and stairs, poor lighting and more.

Visiting Angels has been a proud local business to the Greater Springfield area, providing an array of services in fall prevention such as mobility and medication assistance and supervision to help mitigate the risk for elders. Serving communities throughout Western Mass, Joe visits local senior centers, nursing homes and rehabilitation centers in Agawam, Chicopee, East Longmeadow Holyoke, Southwick & Westfield, & Wilbraham.
