What Happens During a Care Consultation?
A Visiting Angels of Chelsea care coordinator will travel to your loved one’s home at a time that is convenient for you. Once they arrive, they will speak with you and your loved one about our care services and address your questions. Potential topics for discussion include:

What Happens After the Consultation?
After your care coordinator leaves your loved one’s home, they will create a comprehensive, customized care plan for your senior loved one. They will also match your loved one up with options for potential caregivers with our Select Your Caregiver program.
How Soon Can Home Care Services Begin After the Consultation?
In some cases, we can start providing service on the day of the consultation. We typically are able to start caring for seniors within 48 hours of their initial consultations.
What If I Don’t Live Near My Loved One?
