Meet our Staff

Tiffany Gores – Care Manager

Tiffany was born in a small town in Montana and moved to Wyoming when she was 5. She has proudly lived in Wyoming ever since. She is the wife and high school sweetheart of a Veteran.  She is the proud mother of 2 amazing boys, a terrific daughter and the most adorable grandson. She has joyfully served our Cheyenne seniors for over 7 years. Seniors are truly her passion. She loves the stories they share and how they appreciate the time you share with them. Over the years, she has been blessed to walk alongside seniors and their family members through difficult stages of dementia & Alzheimer's. When not working, Tiffany enjoys surrounding herself with loved ones and family time any way she can get it. 

Jeff Daley – Owner/Director

Jeff has a heart for people that was developed through twenty years of pastoral ministry experience. Though he enjoyed all facets of pastoral ministry, he found tremendous satisfaction when caring for seniors experiencing life challenges. His heart for people in conjunction with his leadership skills makes him a perfect fit to lead our team of dedicated caregivers and administrative staff. He believes his higher purpose is to develop Visiting Angels in Loveland to serve others with excellence.

Christie Daley – Owner/Director

Christie and Jeff have lived in Colorado for nearly 20 years and have three wonderful boys. Christie's background is in banking and church ministry, and she is thrilled to working to support our Angels in the care they so excellently give. She loves to listen to podcasts while going on trail hikes, and sometimes while doing laundry. Christie is happiest, coffee in hand, cheering at any of her boys’ events.

Amanda Hergenreder – Lead Scheduler

Born and raised in Northern Colorado, Amanda is the mom of two wonderful boys and two chihuahuas. When not in the office wrangling schedules, she can be found attending her boys’ sporting events, helping her grandmother, and enjoying friends and family. Amanda has worked in health care for over 21 years as a nurse aide, and has been with Visiting Angels for two years.

Michelle Bennett – Scheduler

Michelle is a native to the Loveland area and has worked in the healthcare field for over 25 years. She has two daughters and brand new grandson! In her free time, Michelle enjoys gardening, concerts, movies, and traveling.

Heather Herrmann – Education Coordinator & Recruiter

Heather has been in Colorado for over 20 years and lives with her husband and 4 fur-babies. After spending a life time teaching children, she became a caregiver and now uses her skills and experience to teach our new caregivers. During her free time, Heather enjoys hiking, camping, traveling and making cards.

Kaley Steen – On-Call Specialist

Kaley has been a part of the Loveland team for a few years now, filling the crucial role of OnCall Specialist. She has a background in emergency medicine and a passion for helping others in their time of need. Kaley cherishes her role as wife and mother, working hard to keep a healthy balance in her hectic life. She has a passion for English Carrier Pigeons, serving in her church and spending time with her family scattered throughout northern Colorado.

Lisa Edwards – On-Call Specialist

Lisa has been in Colorado for 15 years and enjoys the amazing sights it provides. She has been married for 34 years and is the proud mother of 3 children and grandmother of 2. Lisa was a CNA for 34 years before joining us as a part time caregiver/On-Call Specialist. In her free time, Michelle enjoys gardening, knitting, reading and playing with her fur babies.
