Jacqueline is a Registered Nurse licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey with more than 18 years of nursing experience. Her background includes hospitals, nursing homes, school districts, specialized care facilities, private duty nursing, and home health care. Her clinical experience helps each family create a care plan based on their loved one's health needs, daily routine, and personal preferences.

Steve oversees the day-to-day business operations while working alongside Jacqueline to help families receive responsive communication, dependable caregivers, and quality customer service. He is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) through the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners (NCCDP), reflecting his continued work with seniors living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.
