The Visiting Angels team is dedicated to making sure you have the best in-home care experience possible with Visiting Angels. Each of our office staff has personal experience in caregiving. Hiring and managing caregivers takes experience and patience; we have built an office staff that is uniquely equipped to meet our clients’ needs.

How We Operate

We take responsibility for payroll taxes, social security, workers’ compensation, liability, and bonding on each of our caregivers. We also pay close attention to changing employment requirements with the State and Federal agencies. These compliance tasks are time consuming and expensive for families. We take this complication and risk out of your hands.

Our clients and caregivers enjoy 24-hour access to our office staff. In the event you need emergency coverage or a change in schedule, our office staff is available to promptly meet your needs. In fact, we don’t ever utilize an answering service – a local Visiting Angels manager answers our phones 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We are always available to assist you with whatever needs you have.

Our caregivers work diligently and they require time off from work on occasion. However, to ensure our clients receive continual care, Visiting Angels keeps on-call in-home caregivers available to you whenever needed. We want you to know your loved one is cared for, even when your regular caregiver isn’t available.
