How the Alexandria Area's Senior Veterans Are Assistive

What is the Community Care Network for Veterans Affairs?

The Veterans Affairs Community Treatment Network is a program managed by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) that aims to guarantee veterans access to high-quality treatment. If veterans cannot acquire these services at their VA medical institutions, they can access health care, dental care, durable medical equipment, at-home help, and more from neighborhood providers.

What Does Joining the Community Care Network Mean?

Because Visiting Angels of Alexandria is a VA's Community Care Network member, we can assist elderly veterans and their surviving spouses. Although you are more than free to make your appointment, your local VA could help you set up an in-home consultation with our experts. Additionally, we may help you file claims with the VA to defray the expense of our expert in-home care.

Because of our VA recognition as a Community Care Network provider, we can provide veterans in Alexandria, Arlington, and the surrounding regions with in-home supportive services per the VA's quality and performance requirements.
