That’s why we developed the Safe and Steady Fall Prevention program. Our caregivers are trained to help monitor for potential trip and fall hazards in the home. Visiting Angels has another unique program designed to help you transition from the hospital to your home called the “Ready, Set, Go Home!” program. Whether you have suffered a broken bone, illness, or are recovering from a surgery, the Ready-Set-Go Home program can help facilitate recovery at home where you are most comfortable. The goal of this program is to decrease hospital readmission rates and keep you or your loved one safe. As part of this program, our caregivers can provide medication reminders and make sure the home environment is safe for your recovery. We can even provide companionship and emotional support, something that can help you recover faster.
