Why he loves owning Visiting Angels Dearborn
Please meet Robert Johnson, owner of Visiting Angels Dearborn.
Robert was born and raised in Ypsilanti. He resides there with his lovely wife, Toni. They met at Eastern Michigan, which Robert attended after serving in the United States Marine Corps. SEMPER FI!
Robert then went on to work as an intern in accounting at the Ann Arbor VA Health System. He was hired in the finance dept. in 1992 and remained at Ann Arbor VA until 1999 at which time he got a job with St. Joseph Mercy Health System.
Robert and his wife cared for his father (a former marine) who was battling cancer and this act turned into a calling. Robert opened Visiting Angels Dearborn in 2018. A "leap of faith" is how Robert describes his passion for home care and Visiting Angels.
He is a member of the Knights of Columbus and at one point, served as Grand Knight. Being in the Knights of Columbus and owning Visiting Angels Dearborn has and does carry many rewards for Robert and Toni!
