We want you to be completely at ease with your caregiver. To help ensure the best caregiver match, if at any time you feel that the caregiver is not a good fit, just give us a call and we will work with you to find a better match.
All our clients also receive a custom care plan. We don’t have a menu of services to choose from or require you to select services your loved one doesn’t need. After an in-home needs assessment performed by a registered nurse, we’ll prepare a custom care plan to address each of your loved one’s health and wellness concerns. Care plans are designed to be adjusted as your loved one’s needs change. We can modify the list of services provided or adjust the caregiver’s schedule to better meet your needs.
