Hello, I’m Tricia Wingerter and I am the proud owner of 2 Visiting Angels Franchises covering the Greater Lehigh Valley & The Poconos. I have been a Board Member of Family Promise of the Poconos since 2016 & Leadership Chair of my church at the East Stroudsburg United Methodist Church since 2017. I have been a Rotarian at the Rotary of Stroudsburg since 2017 and have been volunteering for a lifetime.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband Mike, traveling, the outdoors, and baseball.

Hi there, I'm Jennifer Kautz. I am the Executive Director. I offer oversight to all departments and am responsible for mandatory reporting. I am a resource for questions and concerns related to clients and support training as needed with clients. I assist as needed with new client signings in Monroe, Pike, Carbon, Lehigh, and Northampton counties as well as complete assessments with current clients. I am also responsible for compliance and licensure with the Department of Health, Department of Aging and other regulatory entities.

My favorite things are my rescue dog, a cane corso mastiff named Cinder. He is a 150lb lap dog who loves belly rubs. Leisure drives with the top down and radio blasting in my Jeep. The beach is my happy place. "Vitamin Sea" fixes everything.

Over the past nine years, she has served in key Finance, Operations, and Human Resources leadership positions, developing a broad understanding of the systems, people, and purpose that make exceptional homecare possible.

Jennifer’s passion for serving older adults is at the heart of her work. She believes deeply in helping clients remain safely and comfortably in their homes, and she is dedicated to supporting caregivers and staff so they can provide the dignity, connection, and independence every senior deserves.

Beyond her professional life, Jennifer is an active philanthropist and a proud member of the Business and Professional Women of Pennsylvania (BPW/PA). She has held multiple leadership roles at the local, district, and state levels, championing initiatives that empower, strengthen communities, and support families in need.

At home, Jennifer enjoys life with her husband, Thomas, and their three beloved cocker spaniels. She finds her peace in nature—camping, exploring, and embracing the quiet moments that refuel her spirit.

Hello, I'm Sharon Stokes. I began my journey at Visiting Angels in 2012 where I worked for a year before transitioning to a position at a CPA firm. After gaining years of experience as a staff accountant, I returned to Visiting Angels in 2022 as a full-time employee, leveraging my expertise in financial matters and taking on the role of Finance Manager.

In my free time, I love spending time with my family, especially my grandkids.

Hi, I’m Kathie De La Hoz and I am responsible for employee relationships with all caregivers. I am also responsible for all new hires, ensuring all documentation is current and following all DOH guidelines, and Caregiver payroll.

When I am not in the office, I enjoy the Friday Night Lights watching my son play. I like traveling anywhere warm, during the summer you can find me tubing down the Delaware. I also enjoy listening to live music & attending stand-up comedy shows.

Hi, I’m Jen Yost. I started out as a caregiver with Visiting Angels but have recently accepted a position as the Receptionist and HR administrator. I am also a Mentor and Walk to End Alzheimer’s committee member.

I love working at Visiting Angels with the most down to earth clients and caregivers, and most importantly all the office staff for making me feel welcome from my first day.

When I’m not at work, I’m a Stepmom to a beautiful girl named Summer. You will also find me fishing, hiking, and camping with husband Nathan and my fur babies.

Meet Laura Harris. She decided to become a caregiver with Visiting Angels because she loves to be a nurturing person and enjoys seeing smiles on the beautiful faces of her clients. She loves that feeling knowing that she is part of the reason that they get to enjoy life at home with her help.

Laura said there is no better feeling than the satisfaction of being part of a team that works with their staff effortlessly to ensure that not only the clients but also the workers are happy and taken care of. Fast forward, Laura is now part of the HR team and gets to be one of the reasons that aids in caregiver satisfaction.

When Laura is not working for Visiting Angels, she is usually with family helping out as much as she can. She enjoys spending quality time with her son and helping care for her grandparents and father. Laura considers Visiting Angels part of her extended family and hopes to continue growing with the company.

Hi! My name is Tara and I am the Caregiver Retention Coordinator. I am lucky enough to be one of the first members of the Office Team to meet our new Visiting Angels caregivers during orientation.

I head up the Mentor Program along with Sandy Grille and also chair the Safety Committee. One of my favorite parts of my job is being involved in our philanthropy work and caregiver recognition programs.

I am happily married to my college sweetheart who also happens to be in the military. In our free time, we enjoy spending time with our daughters, attending softball games, and caring for our many pets. I have a passion for serving others and truly value the rewarding culture at Visiting Angels.

Operations Manager

Hello everyone, my name is Jennifer Schlegel. I started with Visiting Angels in 2015 as a caregiver after years of taking care of my grandparents. I later transitioned to the office team and currently oversee the operations team including our after-hours on-call support team.

I manage client and caregiver issue resolution, assist the sales and marketing team with digital and print content creation, oversee online platforms and social media, and ensure caregiver training compliance per Department of Health requirements.

I live in the heart of the Poconos with my husband and two daughters. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, camping, cruising, and cheering on my children at their sports and activities.

Meet Amanda Golden. Amanda originally started working in an assisted living facility before becoming a home health aide. She joined Visiting Angels to have a more flexible schedule and spend more time with her children.

Amanda has been with Visiting Angels for over 10 years and has transitioned into the office team while still working part-time with clients. She now serves as a Digital Content and Training Administrator.

In Amanda’s free time, she loves to read and take walks with her children and dog, Red.

Hi, my name is Angie and I am one of the Bethlehem Care Managers. I've been in the healthcare field for more than 30 years working with home health agencies, hospice organizations, nursing homes, and medical practices.

I became a CNA in 1991, earned certifications in sonography and ultrasound, became an Ordained Minister in 2021, and recently became a Certified Notary Public. I also support Alzheimer’s Awareness, Wounded Warriors, and The American Cancer Society.

I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening, flea markets, and repurposing old furniture. I am also working on writing my first book series focused on awareness and life experiences.

My name is Debrah Limbert. I began my journey at Visiting Angels in 2021 as a full-time caregiver before transitioning into the office. I currently serve as the primary Client Care Manager for clients in Monroe and surrounding areas.

I oversee client and caregiver needs and schedules while also assisting waiver clients and Bethlehem area clients as needed.

One of the most fulfilling experiences in my life is serving my community and helping the youth at my church. I enjoy volunteering, mentoring, organizing youth events, and spending time outdoors in nature.

Hello everyone, I am Denisha Mitchell and I am one of the Care Managers at Visiting Angels. I primarily assist Monroe clients in the Northern Territory as well as Pike County.

I support clients and caregivers with scheduling, concerns, and in-home check-in visits.

I am a young mother of two who also enjoys doing hair in my spare time through my home-based salon business. I’m always busy supporting my children in their after-school activities and love bringing positivity and laughter to those around me.

As one of the Client Care Managers in Bethlehem, I am committed to partnering caregivers with clients to ensure a comfortable lifestyle at home.

Prior to joining Visiting Angels, I worked as an administrative assistant in a skilled nursing facility where I served as the welcoming face and voice for residents and families.

I am the proud mother of three grown daughters. My husband Angelo and I enjoy the outdoors, reading, traveling, cooking, and spending time with our miniature Australian Shepherd. As a retired dance teacher, you may even hear me singing and dancing around the office.

Hi, I'm Sandy Grille and I currently serve as the Care Coordinator for Visiting Angels. I started with Visiting Angels as a caregiver and recently began assisting the office team with client reassessments and visits.

I am also part of the Caregiver Mentor Team where I help support new caregivers during their first 90 days of employment.

Hi my name is Stacey Bobby. I am the after-hours on-call support specialist. I answer caregiver and client calls outside of regular business hours.

I have worked in the home care agency setting for the past seven years and also work as a dietary aide for a senior living community.

I’ve lived in Northeast Pennsylvania my whole life and am married to my high school sweetheart. We have a beautiful baby boy and a miniature schnauzer puppy.

Carole Zawarski Tellini began as a caregiver and was quickly recommended to join the Mentor Team. Shortly after, she joined the office team part time as a receptionist while still seeing clients.

Eventually, Carol transitioned into the office full time and became part of the Sales and Marketing Team. She takes lead calls, assigns assessments, helps create care plans, and participates in community outreach.

In her free time, Carol enjoys spending time with her family, crafting, and caring for her fur babies.

My name is Rachel DiQuattro and I’m thrilled to be part of the Visiting Angels family. Originally from New Jersey, I now live in Easton, Pennsylvania with my partner Adam and our five children.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Social Work from East Stroudsburg University and have experience in nonprofit support, bereavement services, and end-of-life care. I also founded At the Tree, End-of-Life Care, a volunteer-based practice dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate difficult end-of-life decisions.

Outside of work, my family and I enjoy Easton’s food scene and spending weekends supporting our children’s many sports and activities.
