Letty Inabinet - Director and Owner
Mrs. Inabinet is the Director and Owner of Visiting Angels of Northeast San Antonio which opened its doors for business in January 2020. As Director, she is responsible for the management of senior home care services, including, augmenting assisted living and retirement communities with senior care services for individual clients. She leads, executes and oversees pro-bono home care services for veterans, their families and seniors in the community to enhance their safety and well-being. She proudly serves on the South Central Texas Hospice Veterans Partnership Board as Co-Chair and is a Military Affairs Committee member. Mrs. Inabinet served in the Air Force for 37 years. Her service includes 20 years of active military service and 17 years of Federal Service. During her Air Force career, she held numerous positions in the Personnel Human Resource career field developing and executing Air Force wide Military and Civilian Personnel policies and procedures for local installations, Major Commands, Headquarters Air Force, and the Office of the Secretary of the Air Force at the Pentagon in Washington D.C. During her six year tenure at the Pentagon, she worked with the Air Force Surgeon General, Department of Defense, Joint Staff, Veterans Administration, various Federal and State agencies and Congressional staff members to develop and execute legislations, policies and procedures impacting military service members world-wide.
Prior to her current position, Mrs. Inabinet was the Director of Airmen and Family Care at the Air Force Personnel Center at Joint Base San Antonio at Randolph AFB, TX. She was responsible for executing Total Force policies and procedures related to the Department of the Air Force's Wounded Warrior Program, Casualty Matters, Missing Persons, Disability Evaluation System, Airmen Family Readiness, Medical Continuation, Resiliency and Suicide Prevention, and Retiree Service Programs for approximately 714,000 Airmen, Guardians and their families. Her decorations include multiple Civilian Exemplary and Meritorious Service Awards, Military Meritorious Service Medals, Air Force Commendation Medals, Air Force Achievement Medals, Air Force Joint Achievement Medal, Air Force Organizational Excellence Awards, and Air Force Outstanding Unit Awards.
Mrs. Inabinet earned a Master's Degree in Management and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education and Development. She holds numerous human resource certifications.
Lee Inabinet - Director and Owner
Mr. Inabinet is the Director and Owner of Visiting Angels of Northeast San Antonio which opened its doors for business in January 2020. As Director, he is responsible for the management of senior home care services, including, augmenting assisted living and retirement communities with senior care services for individual clients. He also leads, executes and oversees pro-bono home care services for veterans, their families and seniors in the community to enhance their safety and well-being. He also proudly serves on the South Central Texas Hospice Veterans Partnership Board as Co-Chair and is an active member of the San Antonio Coalition for Veterans and Families.
Mr. Inabinet served in the Air Force since 1978 and in his 38-year career, he held positions in three career fields: Air Traffic Control, Tactical Air Control and Electronics Maintenance. Mr. Inabinet served combat tours in Iraq, Afghanistan and Saudi Arabia. He was also assigned to the Air National Guard Bureau at Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland. While assigned at Andrews Air Force Base, he was responsible for the oversight, inspection and compliance of Air Force and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) standards for Air National Guard Air Traffic Control facilities Air Force-wide. His awards and decorations include multiple Civilian Service Awards, Meritorious Service Medal, Air Force and Army Commendation Medals, Air Force Achievement Medals, Air Force Joint Service Achievement Medal, Air Force Organizational Excellence Awards, and Air Force Outstanding Unit awards.
Mr. Inabinet earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Professional Aeronautics and earned multiple FAA certifications and ratings.
Valerie Mulhern - Operations Manager
As Operations Manager at Visiting Angels - Northeast SA, Mrs. Mulhern plays a key role in ensuring that every aspect of our healthcare services runs smoothly, efficiently, and with the highest standards of care. With a strong background in healthcare operations and a passion for helping others, she oversees day-to-day logistics, staff coordination, compliance, and quality assurance to support our clients and caregivers alike.
Mrs. Mulhern brings 10+ years of experience in health care administration and team leadership, with a proven track record in streamlining processes and improving service delivery. Her commitment to excellence and attention to detail help us maintain our reputation as a trusted provider of compassionate, personalized care.
When she's not managing operations, Mrs. Mulhern can often be found at her favorite local coffee spot or keeping up with the joys and challenges of motherhood. She is pursuing her Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Technology in Operations Management. She is also a proud Veteran Spouse and granddaughter of a retired Air Force veteran who served for 30 years.
