Our clients and caregivers enjoy 24-hour access to our office staff. In the event you need emergency coverage or a change in schedule, our office staff is available to promptly meet your needs. In fact, we don’t ever utilize an answering service – a local Visiting Angels manager answers our phones 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We are always available to assist you with whatever needs you have.
Caregivers occasionally need time off. To ensure continual care, Visiting Angels keeps on-call in-home caregivers available to you no matter where you live in the San Jose area. We want you to know your loved one is cared for, even when your regular caregiver isn’t available.
