At the Visiting Angels annual conference held in Denver, Colo., June 30, Visiting Angels in Eldersburg, Maryland was awarded the Founders Award from the National Franchisor. They were selected as the lone recipient out of 426 other franchises across North America. The award, the highest possible, recognizes franchisees that have advanced the cause of private duty home care and have positively represented the industry, including promoting the brand, developing key business relationships in a large scale and bringing merit to the company. The recipients were Marty Burns and D'Alan Baugh, of Eldersburg, Maryland.
