SCHEDULING
Visiting Angels understands that scheduling can often be a major concern when seeking professional in-home care. At Visiting Angels, we make it easy to coordinate services with your caregiver. Whether it’s occasional respite care or round the clock care, whatever your schedule requires, we have a caregiver who can help. We pride ourselves on providing consistency and matching the right caregiver based on your routines and scheduling needs.
SAFETY
We completely appreciate and respect that allowing an unfamiliar person into your home can be daunting and stressful. Here, at Visiting Angels, we go to great lengths to alleviate this stress. We provide a complimentary in-home safety assessment during your initial visit during where our Care Coordinator will gain as much information as possible about all aspects of your loved one’s care, including fall prevention screening and personal needs and requirements. We will also provide a no charge “meet & greet” where the Care Coordinator will introduce you to your caregiver, allowing you to get to know the Caregiver prior to starting the shift. We are committed to keeping our obligation to help keep your loved one safe.
ONGOING MONITORING
At Visiting Angels we believe that the best way to ensure quality assistance from our Caregivers is to maintain continuous oversight of our plans. Our Care Coordinator will do this by calling on a regular basis and occasionally stopping by to see how things are going. In addition, we pride ourselves on having a 24 hour on-call service which enables you to contact us at any time, day or night, if you ever have concerns or questions about your services.
