Owner - Jon Miller

Jon Miller

A West Texas native, Jon graduated in 2007 from Baylor University with a degree in Finance. After two years in the financial sector, Jon joined Visiting Angels in 2009 as Owner/Director. Under his leadership, the company has grown to include multiple offices across the region, delivering compassionate, reliable in-home care to thousands of families. In addition, Jon has served as an elected member of the Franchise Advisory Council for Visiting Angels.

Jon is deeply committed to the communities he serves and to maintaining the highest standards of care and integrity in every aspect of the business.

Jon and his wife Kasy have been married since 2013 and are proud parents to three children: Madden (11), Myla (9), and Sutton (7). The family also includes their beloved mini goldendoodle, Louise. When not working, Jon enjoys golfing and traveling with his family. They are active members of The Bridge Fellowship.

Carley Lister - Branch Manager

Carley Lister

Carley has been a dedicated team member of Visiting Angels since 2013. She began her career as a Caregiver Relations Specialist and progressed through roles such as Scheduling Coordinator and Office Coordinator before advancing to Branch Manager. Her favorite part of the job is meeting clients during initial assessments and building meaningful relationships with their loved ones.

Carley is deeply involved in the community, volunteering weekly with Meals on Wheels, The Center (local Senior Center), and participating in various community events. She also serves as Philanthropy Co-Chair for Hill Country Women in Business. In addition, she actively networks with fellow healthcare and senior care professionals through the Senior Service Networking group, the Healthcare Committee, and other organizations throughout the Texas Hill Country.

Outside of work, Carley is a proud mother of four adult children—two of whom attend the University of North Texas (Go Mean Green!), while the other two live locally. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, playing Mah Jongg, running, and spending quality time with her husband and their four spoiled fur babies: Mogwai, Luna, Mallow, and Artie.

Taylor Alonzo – Human Resources Coordinator

Taylor Alonzo

Taylor joined Visiting Angels in May of 2025 as HR Coordinator.

Originally from Dallas, Texas, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Texas Tech University. She began her professional career in education, teaching at the elementary level for three years before transitioning into her role with Visiting Angels.

She is deeply committed to the senior care industry and values the opportunity to support both our clients and caregivers. Her background in education instilled in her a passion for helping others, which has naturally carried over into her work with seniors and their families. This commitment is further rooted in personal experience, as she had the privilege of supporting her grandmother during her journey with Alzheimer’s disease. That experience strengthened her dedication to ensuring compassionate, high-quality care for the elderly.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Brandon, their two dogs, Tina and Stella, and cat, Garfield. In her free time, she loves traveling, reading, and watching crime documentaries.

Kaleigh Graham – Scheduling Coordinator

Kaleigh Graham

Originally from Houston, Texas, Kaleigh now calls Boerne home with her husband Trey and their two children. She joined Visiting Angels in 2017 as a Scheduling Coordinator.

Kaleigh studied History at Sam Houston State University and began her career as an insurance adjuster before transitioning into business staffing. These roles strengthened her commitment to outstanding customer service and meticulous attention to detail. Over the years, she has found deep fulfillment working with an organization dedicated to providing compassionate care and meaningful support to families throughout the community. Kaleigh truly loves being part of an industry where kindness, connection, and service make a lasting difference in people’s lives.

Outside of work, much of Kaleigh’s family life revolves around Boerne High School, where her husband Trey is a coach. You’ll often find them cheering on the Greyhounds. They cherish the strong sense of community in Boerne and the way residents genuinely show up for one another, making it a wonderful place to raise their family and build lasting relationships.

Morgan Lyons – Office Coordinator

Morgan Lyons

Morgan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from The University of Texas at San Antonio and is proud to call Boerne, Texas home.

She joined Visiting Angels in November 2022 as Office Coordinator, bringing with her valuable experience from the restaurant industry, where she developed a strong commitment to exceptional customer service. In her role, Morgan supports the team and clients with her outstanding organization, dedication, and genuine passion for helping others.

Outside of work, Morgan enjoys spending quality time with her family and can often be found cheering loudly for her son at his baseball games.
