During this initial care meeting, a care coordinator will meet with you to discuss the types of care our home care agency provides, your loved one’s health and wellness needs, and any other concerns you may have. This is the time for you to ask any questions that may come to mind. We want to ensure you have all the information you need to decide about your loved one’s care.
The focus of the initial care consultation is for you to get to know Visiting Angels and for us to get to know you as our clients. We also want to alleviate any concerns that you may have during this period.
During the care meeting, the care coordinating will discuss a variety of different factors, including:

- Sleeping, eating, and medication schedules
- Emotional needs of the client, including companionship, appointments, and social interaction
