Coronavirus safety and tips
Over the past several weeks we have been made aware of COVID-19, also known as the coronavirus. Although the virus shows some of the same symptoms of the common cold, it can have extreme impact on individuals with a compromised immune system and the elderly aged 60+.
Common symptoms of the virus are:

- Breathing difficulties

- Wash your hands for a minimum of 20 seconds
- Use hand sanitizer (over 60% alcohol) if you are in an area where you do not have the ability to wash your hands
- Avoid touching your face and mouth
The coronavirus is easily transferred from person to person. Individuals who are infected with the virus are subject to be quarantined to avoid spreading the virus to others.
