HCP is a national independent survey firm that conducts scientific surveys of the satisfaction level of clients and caregivers of participating private-pay home care agencies. It is the only source of independent verification of quality services, and Best of Home Care is HCP’s highest level of recognition. Importantly, the reports are not simply positive vs. negative responses; rather, the ratings compare participating agencies with other agencies, so that achieving Best of Homecare status means just that.
