1. Are Caregivers your employees or are they “contracted workers”?

Our caregivers are our employees. We handle all of their payroll taxes and insurance liabilities. Employees undergo extensive background checks, health screenings, and multiple interviews and are trained personally by company owners.

2. Will an owner stay involved?

Your relationship with an owner of the company begins with an initial assessment in the home or facility, and continues during care. Supervisory visits are made at least every 90 days, and you will always have direct access to the private cell phone of an owner or director.

3. Do you respond within 15 minutes, 24/7, 365 days a year?

Visiting Angels of Sussex is a family owned company. An owner or designated Director will respond to your phone call within 15 minutes any time of day or night.
