Our family would like to thank you for taking such good care of our mother while she was in the nursing home. Mom spent her final days there and she passed away peacefully. They are truly angels sent from God, so patient, so sweet, and most of all so dedicated in taking care of mom, gave us advice and sincere encouragement and support when we needed it the most. You did a great service for me when you sent Elaine to me. I can never say enough good things about her. She was an excellent support person, when she came I knew I could leave the house and not worry about my husband Leon. Whatever came up while I was gone, Elaine was able to handle just fine. Dear Ms. Wood,
We wanted you to know of the exemplary service of one of your caregivers, Donna H. She cleans our fathers home on a weekly basis. Last Tuesday she arrived and he was nursing a bad cut on his arm. Once she realized that the bleeding was not slowing down, she called his physician who referred them to the local ER. She drove our 97 year old father to the hospital, and stayed with him most of the afternoon while he was waiting to be seen. This was definitely above and beyond the call of duty and wanted you to know what an excellent employee you have in her. She called us throughout the day to let us know how he was doing and what was going on. We were out of town and if it hadn't been for Donna, we don't know how this could have ended. We are grateful that she was there as scheduled and that she showed the kindness and compassion that she did. We feel that employers should know when their staff do something special. As business owners ourselves we often hear complaints but personally feel that compliments are very important too. Thank you!

Dear Jodi and the Visiting Angels staff,
On behalf of my mother in law, my husband and myself, I would like to commend you on your excellent service.
We began using your service after moms hospitalization when she could not be left alone during the day while we worked. Y husband called several agencies and you not only responded first, but in a more than timely manner. Jodi even made the trip to the hospital to meet mom and get an idea of what kind of person to match her up with. She also came out to the house to meet my husband and myself to answer any questions that we had.
When serviced began we were unsure what to expect as this was all new to us. Jodi called to let us know who would be coming out to stay with our mom, and then the caregiver Lynn came out for a visit before her first day so we all could meet with her.
Since that time we have met many caring staff members due to our increasing needs. Whenever we need someone outside our normal schedule, the response between us calling in our need and a response telling us who we can expect has been excellent. Between Jodi and her office staff we are always aware of any changes that may be needed...even when they are still working on filling a time slot, they keep us posted of what is happening.
We are going on vacation in September and will be using their 24 hour live in service for a week. We feel nothing but confident that mom will be in the best care possible. We are very comforted by this and also very pleased that mom will be able to stay in her own home. Jodi, we want to thank you for doing all you can to go above and beyond the call of duty to see that moms needs are met. We also want to commend your staff for being courteous, prompt and attentive to our family. We highly recommend your services!!
