We recruit only experienced caregivers
You deserve to have a caregiver who is experienced in providing the services that are needed in your home. We don't believe in "on the job training"! Many of our caregivers have worked with us for your and have a strong employment history in caring for seniors.

Pre-Employment Screening
Each Caregiver is required to pass the following screening process prior to employment:
- Extensive criminal nationwide background check
- Department of motor vehicle driving record check
- Social Security check to verify identity
- Prior employment history check
- Eight hours of training & competency testing yearly
