“They were wonderful! They paired up a caregiver who was more similar in age so my aunt would have more companionship and similarity for conversation.
She was amazing. Her communication was regular. Several times she alerted me to unusual/important things that came in the mail so I could talk to my aunt and make sure those things got handled. She also helped her organize her closet and paperwork and eliminate a lot of things.
Besides companionship, the caregiver did light cooking and grocery shopping when requested, light cleaning, and helped with personal care/hygiene.
